The Denix Replica 1859 Sharps military carbine rifle is produced in full metal and real woodwork.
The legendary 1859 Sharps carbine was used by both the North and South Cavalry in the American war and was used after the war in the wild west on the open American plains.
This replica has the following features:
A movable lever (doubles as the trigger guard) pull the lever down to open the barrel chamber at the breech where the bullet would be loaded.
Hammer can be cocked (two positions)
The trigger can be fired releasing the hammer.
Pop-up sight (slider does not move).
Ring on the side for the shoulder strap to clip on. Shoulder strap not included.
